  • Supply and installation of new and used pallet racking systems

  • Racking inspections by SEMA Approved Racking Inspectors (SARI)

  • Repairs, maintenance, and safety upgrades

  • Consultancy and custom storage solutions

All services are subject to availability and agreed scope.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude VAT unless specified.

  • Any additional work not covered in the original quote will be subject to a revised quotation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to commencing work.

  • A deposit may be required for bespoke orders or installations.

  • Final payment is due upon completion, unless stated otherwise on your invoice.

  • Late payments may incur interest and collection fees under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or site access restrictions.

  • The client must ensure the site is prepared and accessible on the agreed date.

6. Warranties

  • New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Used equipment is sold as seen unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any installation work is guaranteed for 12 months against workmanship defects.

7. Racking Inspections

  • Inspections are carried out by a certified SEMA Approved Inspector (SARI).

  • Reports are provided in good faith based on visible access and current conditions.

  • We are not liable for damage or issues arising after inspection unless negligence is proven.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate information is provided during consultation.

  • Maintain a safe working environment during installation or inspection.

  • Comply with post-installation recommendations, including weight load limits and safety checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

RodWood Interiors Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, business, or data

  • Damage caused by third-party interference, misuse, or neglect of equipment

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled work.

  • Custom orders may not be refundable once processed.

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or non-prepared sites.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of RodWood Interiors Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
